My name is Pi-Chen, but everyone calls me Peaches. I have over 30 years of wine experience. It all started when I was 19 years of age and I traveled to Italy. This is where my love with wine really began. Over the course of the next 30 years I worked as a bartender, a mixologist, and later became a sommelier at Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant. In 2018 I began my journey to becoming a Sommelier. In 2020 I became a Level II Sommelier. Since then I have traveled to some of the finest wineries in the world and been able to taste the best of the best.
